Limited Warranty

MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
This warranty covers Tight Customs products that are found to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of delivery. Tight Customs liability under this Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replacement of the defective product. Tight Customs shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the failure of any Tight Customs part.

CHROME PLATING WARRANTY
Tight Customs employs a high quality multi-layered chrome plating process on many of its products. While chrome finishes are durable and offer superior appearance and corrosion protection, they must be properly maintained to perform as intended. Chrome surfaces must be cleaned with mild soap and water, rinsed, dried and protected with a properly applied chrome wax or sealant of high quality. Under no circumstances should cleaners and waxes containing abrasives be used on chrome surfaces as it will void the warranty. Tight Customs reserves all rights in determining whether the chrome surface has been properly maintained and cared for.
If, having been properly maintained, the chrome surface exhibits signs of flaking, pitting or other such defect it may be returned for repair or replacement at our option within one year from the date of original delivery.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover damage of any kind caused by accident, intentional or unintentional abuse, misuse, misapplication or impact by foreign objects. It does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations or improper installation.

LIMITATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY
The repair or replacement of defective products by Tight Customs, as outlined above, is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. Tight Customs will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. No part of this warranty, stated or implied, extends beyond one year form the date of original delivery.

WARRANTY SERVICE
In case of warranty service, contact Tight Customs by phone at 661 775-0385 or by Email at info@tightcustoms.com to obtain return authorization. A Tight Customs warranty specialist will advise you of your options at that time and, when appropriate, issue a return authorization control number. All returned products must be properly packaged and identified with the return authorization control number. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the returned product is packaged properly to prevent further damage and returned prepaid to Tight Customs. Tight Customs is not responsible for damage during shipment. If, after evaluation by Tight Customs, the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty it will be repaired or replaced at our option and at no cost to you. Replacements may be made with a reconditioned product of the same size and style.

STATE LAW AND YOUR RIGHTS
Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations of the duration of implied warranties. Therefore, some of the limitations and exclusions stated above may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Terms and Conditions

ORDERING
Unless purchased from stock, all orders will be considered custom. Custom orders require a minimum deposit of 50%. Orders changed after 10 days are subject to a 10% service charge in addition to any cost associated with any change. Orders cancelled after 10 days are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

PAYMENT
Acceptable forms of payment are money orders, cashiers checks, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. All orders are shipped COD.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments within the continental USA will be via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested by the customer. All orders are shipped FOB origin from Valencia California.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
All shipments with destinations outside the continental USA must be prepaid including freight. We will ship via airfreight by the carrier of our choice unless otherwise requested in advance.

RETURNS
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed to in advance by Tight Customs. To schedule a return, contact Tight Customs within 10 days to obtain a return authorization control number. All returned products must be properly packaged and identified with the return authorization control number. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the returned product is packaged properly to prevent damage and returned prepaid to Tight Customs. Tight Customs is not responsible for damage during shipment. Tight Customs will charge a restocking fee of 20% for all returned products unless it is the return of defective material or the result of a mistake by Tight Customs.. Any package returned COD or without authorization will be refused.
